Our Seven Hills factory has several opportunities on offer for experienced and technically competent individuals to join our manufacturing team as Production Operators.
n
Our ideal candidate will be able to:
n
operate processing and/or packaging equipment in line with safety and quality protocols
n
willingness to perform packing duties as per production requirements at any given time
n
apply technical knowledge to achieve production output and line speed targets
n
locate root cause of a problem and generate data/ideas and solutions for action
n
obtain, process and share relevant information with teams as appropriate
n
willingness to up-skill and work in different machine operating roles as needed
n
driving licence
n
Have experience operating liquid filling and / or powder filling equipment
n
To be successful in this role our ideal candidates will have:
n
experience working in FMCG will be highly regarded (2+ years)
n
high safety, quality and GMP awareness
n
strong mechanical aptitude
n
a willingness to undertake physical work ( able to lift 25kgs )
n
good verbal and written communication skills
n
the ability to contribute as a member of the team and autonomously
n
flexibility to take on additional responsibilities and work additional hours
n
Experience using forklift/walkie reach
n
Picking Packing experience
n
