We are seeking vibrant Group Fitness Instructors to build our comprehensive group fitness offering seven days a week from 6:00am to 8:30pm.

n

- Aqua
n
- Spin
n
- Yoga
n
- Boxing
n
- Zumba
n
- Barre
n
- Tai Chi
n
- Pilates - Mat and Reformer
n
- Les Mills BODYPUMP

- Les Mills BODYCOMBAT

Essential Criteria:

n

n
- Registered fitness leaders
n
- Les Mills qualified
n
- Working With Children/Vulnerable People check
n
- Current CPR certification
n

n

Duties and Responsibilities and Expectations:

n

n
- Classes cover a 7-day timetable from 6am to 8:30pm
n
- To exceed the expectations of members in our Group Fitness Program
n
- To be available to assist in regular timetable participation in allocated and fill in classes
n




- To be able to instruct safely while providing members with a challenging and fun environment.
n

About You

n

n
- A passion for member engagement and high quality customer service;
n
- Demonstrated group exercise experience while ensuring safety, growth and quality;
n
- Proven ability to develop, propose and implement ideas;
n
- Experience with setting and meeting performance targets and motivating members;
n
- Strong interest and passionate about health & fitness industry;
n
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver innovate fitness programs;
n

n

Education and Qualifications

n

n
- Minimum of 2 years experience within the industry;
n
- First Aid & CPR;
n
- Recognized health and fitness qualifications to a minimum level of Certificate IV including Registration with Fitness Australia desirable, not essential
n
- Working with Children clearance.
n

n

- Flexible hours and days (7 days a week)

- Proof of right to work in Australia documentation will be required to be presented at the first interview
n
- Working with Children Check is mandatory for this role
n
