Sterling Infrastructure is seeking an experienced Estimator to join our Civil Construction team in Rockhampton. You will lead the preparation of accurate cost estimates and manage the full tender lifecycle from Go/No-Go through to final submission, working across civil and rail projects.

You will analyse requirements, develop competitive pricing strategies, and collaborate with engineering, delivery and commercial teams to validate scope, risks, and pricing assumptions, ensuring compliant tender
