We are growing our Housekeeping team and currently have opportunities available across Houseperson, Room Attendant and Public Area Attendant positions, with full-time, part-time and casual employment options available.

What you could be doing

n

n
- Preparing and servicing guest rooms to an exceptional standard
n
- Making beds and replenishing linen, towels, amenities and guest supplies
n
- Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of hotel public areas
n
- Supporting Room Attendants with linen, amenities and housekeeping supplies
n
- Collecting and distributing clean and soiled linen throughout the property
n
- Restocking housekeeping cupboards, trolleys and storage areas
n
- Responding to guest requests for additional amenities and housekeeping items
n
- Maintaining clean, organised and well-presented back-of-house areas
n




- Supporting room turnarounds and the wider Housekeeping team during busy periods
n
- Working together to ensure every area of Osborn House is beautifully presented for our guests
n

What we're looking for

n

n
- Previous housekeeping, hotel or professional cleaning experience is preferred, but not essential
n
- A strong work ethic and genuine pride in your work
n
- Excellent attention to detail and high presentation standards
n
- Reliability, organisation and the ability to work efficiently
n
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to support the wider team
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit Housekeeping team
n
- Comfortable working in a physically active environment
n
- Availability across a flexible roster, including weekends and public holidays
n

n

Most importantly, we're looking for people who care about the details. Experience can be taught, but pride, reliability and a genuine desire to contribute to an exceptional guest experience are what we're looking for.
