We’re seeking a Stakeholder & Community Engagement Manager to play a leading role in shaping how we engage with communities, First Nations groups, government agencies, regulators and industry stakeholders across our renewable energy projects.

This is more than a stakeholder engagement role. It is an prospect to influence project outcomes, build lasting community partnerships, drive social impact initiatives and help deliver renewable energy projects that make a real difference.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Developing and executing stakeholder, community, First Nations and government engagement strategies.
- Building trusted relationships with key stakeholders and representing Gentari in public forums.
- Leading consultation programs, communications and advocacy initiatives.
- Supporting project approvals, environmental assessments and regulatory engagement.
- Delivering community investment and social impact programs that create shared value.
- Ensuring governance compliance and maintaining stakeholder records, engagement databases, commitments registers and reporting systems to support effective governance and decision-making.
- Managing, coaching and developing the Stakeholder & Community Engagement Analyst
- Driving continuous improvement across engagement practices.

What you’ll bring:

- Minimum 5-7+ years’ stakeholder engagement experience,



ideally with experience in the renewable energy sector managing community engagement requirements.
- Tertiary qualifications in communications/stakeholder engagement (desirable) and or journalism.
- Certified professional qualifications/training in stakeholder engagement - IAP2 (desirable) or equivalent.
- Planning and environmental impact assessment experience in the renewable energy sector.
- Strong capability to relate to communities and develop collateral that presents information in digestible and easy to understand formats.
- Experience managing community consultation and project approvals processes.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building and influencing skills.
- Media training would be looked upon favourably but not essential.
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with high-performing teams.
- Ability to travel both domestically and internationally as required.
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency and a valid driver’s license.
