The Opportunity

n

This is much more than an Assistant Manager role.

n

As our Assistant Spa Manager, you will partner closely with the Spa Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of the spa and the Reformer Pilates studio, support the leadership of our reception team, drive sales performance and ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional wellness experience.

n

What You'll Do

n

As Assistant Spa Manager, you will:

n

n
- Support the Spa Manager in driving daily operations, sales performance and member retention.
n




- Lead and coach the Reception team to deliver exceptional service and memorable client experiences.
n
- Take ownership of the spa in the absence of the Spa Manager.
n
- Drive membership, package, retail and add-on sales while supporting promotional campaigns and community activations.
n
- Assist with rostering, stock control, supplier management and operational compliance.
n
- Manage escalated customer enquiries, group bookings and membership requests with professionalism and care.
n
- Help oversee the day-to-day operations of both the spa and Reformer Pilates studio, ensuring premium presentation and service standards.
n
- Support onboarding, training and development of new team members while fostering a positive, high-performing team culture.
n

About You

n

You'll be someone who:

n

n
- Has leadership or supervisory experience within a spa, wellness, fitness, hospitality or premium customer service environment.
n
- Thrives in a customer-focused, sales-driven environment.
n
- Leads by example and enjoys coaching and developing others.
n
- Is organised, proactive and confident managing multiple priorities.
n
- Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
n
- Brings a passion for wellness and creating exceptional guest experiences.
n
- Holds (or is willing to obtain) a current First Aid & CPR Certificate and has Australian working rights.
n
