Goodyear Autocare Corowa is looking for an experienced and motivated TYRE FITTER/ WHEEL ALIGNER to join our team.
n
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working on the tools while also taking responsibility for supporting the day-to-day operation of the business.
n
About the Role
n
You will play an important role in the workshop and customer service operations. Your responsibilities will include:
n
- Truck tyre fitting and servicing
n
- Passenger and light commercial tyre fitting
n
- Wheel balancing and wheel alignment
n
- Agricultural tyre fitting and servicing
n
- Assisting with workshop planning and daily operations
n
- Providing excellent customer service and technical advice
n
- Maintaining a safe, clean and professional workshop
n
- Assisting with stock control and general workshop duties
n
About You
n
We are looking for someone who has:
n
- Previous experience in the tyre or automotive industry
n
- Strong truck tyre fitting experience
n
- Wheel alignment experience
n
- Excellent tyre fitting and repair skills
n
- A practical, hands-on approach to their work
n
- Good communication and customer service skills
n
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
n
- A strong commitment to workplace safety
n
- A current driver's licence
n
Agricultural tyre experience would be highly regarded, but is not essential.
n
This position would suit an experienced tyre fitter, or an experienced industry professional who enjoys being hands-on while helping lead a team.
