Are you a motivated leader ready to take the next step in your retail career? We're looking for a passionate and proactive Merchandise Manager (our internal title for an Assistant Manager) to support daily operations, drive team performance, and help deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do:

n

- Support the Store Manager in running all aspects of store operations
n
- Lead, coach and motivate team members to achieve targets and provide excellent service
n
- Maintain high standards in visual merchandising and stock presentation
n
- Assist in managing stock control, rostering, and daily reporting
n
- Act as a role model for the team and step up as acting Store Manager when needed
n
- At least 3 years' experience in retail
n
- Retail management or supervisory experience preferred
n
- Strong communication and people skills
n
- Organised, reliable,



and confident in a fast-paced environment
n
- A passion for retail, problem-solving, and team development
n
- Availability to work across weekends and trading hours
n
