- Monitoring food quality, stock rotation and minimising waste.

- Proven experience as a Mediterranean Chef in a similar hospitality environment.

- Strong culinary skills and expertise in a range of cooking techniques.

- Excellent time management and organisational abilities.

- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment.

- Passionate about using fresh, seasonal ingredients to create delicious dishes.

- Effective communication and teamwork skills.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety and hygiene.
