The Opportunity

We are not your average aesthetic clinic. We're a premium cosmetic medical clinic with a busy enquiries line and high‐ticket services. We're looking for a receptionist and allrounderwho can deliver a standout first impression, handle calls with confidence, and secure consult bookings quickly.
n You'll be the face and voice of the clinic — warm, professional, efficient, and highly organised. This role also requires comfort discussing sensitive and personal proceduresin a respectful, professional way as we specialise in cosmetic treatments for intimate areas.
n Availability is non‐negotiable:Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm.

About the Role

n

You'll manage front‐of‐house and the inbound enquiry pipeline from first call through to booked consultation, supporting smooth clinic operations and an exceptional patient experience.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

Answering calls, responding to enquiries, and converting leads into bookings

n





Explaining consultation processes and sensitive/personal servicesprofessionally and discreetly

n

Managing appointment scheduling, deposits, confirmations and follow‐ups

n

Updating patient records and maintaining accurate daily admin (booking system/CRM)

n

Maintaining a polished reception workplace and calm clinic flow

n

Supporting general admin tasks and team coordination (e.g., Teams/Planner)

n

Assisting clients with checking in, numbing and refreshments

n

What You'll Bring

n

Confidence and professionalism discussing sensitive/personal procedures

n

High attention to detail; fast, accurate data entry and scheduling

n

Strong phone manner and customer service instincts

n

A polished, professional presentation and welcoming presence

n

CRM experience highly desirable(pipeline, tasks, follow‐ups, reporting)

n

Experience in a medical/aesthetic clinic is highly desirable

n
