What You'll Be Doing:

n

- Overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth, efficient service across bar, bistro, gaming, and functions
n




- Supporting and mentoring staff to deliver top-tier customer service
n
- Taking charge during peak trade periods and resolving any customer issues with a smile
n
- Maintaining compliance with RSA and venue policies
n
- Working closely with senior management to drive performance and improve service standards
n

n

What You'll Bring:

n

n
- Proven hospitality or Duty Manager experience in a high-volume venue
n
- Strong leadership and communication skills
n
- A hands‐on attitude and the ability to think on your feet
n
- Current RSA and RSG certificates (RMLV and Approved Managers License well regarded)
n
- Availability to work across a rotating roster (including weekends and nights)
n
