Field Sales Representative - FMCG

My client, who represent global leaders in food and non-food are looking for a Field Sales Representative to maintain relationships and develop sales with supermarkets, convenience, and wholesalers across South Dublin, Wicklow, Wexford, Waterford Carlow.

The ideal candidate will live within or close to the territory mentioned above and must come with similar experience within retail and fast-moving consumer goods.

As a Sales Rep you will be an energetic people person, a good communicator with the ability to influence the store management team to increase space and visibility of your range of products.

Salary & Package:

- Salary €40k-€50k negotiable but must reflect experience

Responsibilities for the job of FMCG Business Developer:





- Follow a store call file and journey plan, maintaining good relationships with your stores
- Achieve your KPI’s such as volume, promotional execution and product distribution
- Introduce new products and implement promotions
- Utilisecertain seasonal trends to improve product placement and sales
- Negotiating extra displays for upcoming promotions
- Be the point of contact for all your stores
- Ensure that our trade incentives and activities is put to the best use
- Monitor and report on competitor activity.
- Identify new business opportunities by having a excellent understanding of the category and shopper behaviour in-store.
