Job Description
As a Disability Support Worker, working within Learning Day Program, you'll provide person-centred support that empowers people with disability to build independence, confidence and connection. You'll be part of a supportive team that genuinely cares about the people we support — and about each other.

What we're looking for
n
n
- A caring, patient and respectful approach
n
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
- Reliability and a positive, can-do attitude
n
- Availability to work a range of casual shifts at the learning and lifestyle program
n
- A Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) is advantageous but not required
n
n
You will be required to hold or willing to obtain
n
n
- Working with Children Check
n
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)
n
- First Aid & CPR Certification
n
- National Criminal History Check (Police Check)
n
n
