We are looking for an experienced and motivated Waiter/Waitress to join our team.

Requirements:

n

n
- Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification
n
- Previous hospitality experience preferred
n
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
n
- Good knowledge of common food allergies and dietary requirements
n
- Basic knowledge of spirits, classic cocktails, and wine
n
- Confident with wine service
n
- Ability to safely carry and deliver 3 plates
n
- Ability to use a drinks tray
n

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Taking food and beverage orders
n
- Providing attentive and friendly table service
n
- Ensuring guests receive accurate and timely orders
n
- Assisting with wine and beverage service
n
- Completing opening and closing duties
n
- Setting up and breaking down the restaurant
n
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and professional setting
n

Physical Requirements:

n

n
- Physically fit and comfortable with prolonged standing and moving around the restaurant
n
- Able to assist with restaurant setup and pack-down
n
- Able to carry multiple plates and drinks trays safely
