Your Role:

n

As our Registered Nurse, you'll play a key role in providing high-quality clinical care and supporting the day-to-day running of the practice. Your responsibilities will include:

n

- Providing clinical nursing care (wound care, immunisations, chronic disease management).
n
- Assisting with health assessments, care plans, and patient education.
n
- Conducting ECGs, spirometry, and other clinical procedures.
n
- Administering medications and vaccines safely and efficiently.
n
- Supporting GPs with triage and patient flow.
n
- Maintaining accurate documentation and upholding infection control protocols.
n
- Monitoring and managing clinical supplies.
n

Who You Are:

n

We're looking for someone who brings both compassion and capability. You'll need:

n

n
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
n
- Minimum 1-2 years nursing experience (general practice preferred but not essential).
n
- Experience in general practice (preferred but not essential).
n
- Strong clinical skills and patient-centred approach.
n
- Competency in wound care, immunisation administration, and chronic disease management.
n
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
n
- Commitment to professional growth and ongoing learning.
n
- Current CPR certification and immunisation training (or willingness to obtain).
n
- Unrestricted right to work in Australia.
n
- Willingness to undergo a National Police Check and Working with Vulnerable People Check.
n
