DFP Recruitment is seeking 5 experienced Customer Service/Contact Centre Consultants to join a short-term outbound customer engagement campaign commencing in early September.

This is a fixed‐term contract of approximately 2–3 weeks, providing an excellent opportunity for candidates who are immediately available and comfortable working in a high‐volume outbound calling environment.

Please note: This role is in‐office only. There are no work from home opportunities for the duration of this assignment.

About the Role
n
Working as part of a dedicated campaign team, you will contact existing customers to understand their interests, gather information and identify suitable opportunities for further engagement.
n
n
- Conduct outbound calls to customers using an automated dialling platform
n
- Follow structured call scripts and qualification processes
n
- Capture accurate customer feedback and call outcomes
n
- Record customer insights and reasons for non‐progression
n
- Identify and refer suitable prospects for further follow‐up
n
- Maintain accurate customer records and campaign notes
n
- Meet daily activity, quality and data accuracy requirements
n
- Work effectively within a fast‐paced, target‐driven workplace
n
n
About You
n
We are looking for confident and customer‐focused individuals who enjoy speaking with people and can quickly learn new systems and processes.
n
n
- Previous contact centre, outbound calling or customer service experience
n
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Confidence working within a structured or scripted environment
n
- Strong computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems
n
- Accurate data entry and administration skillsThe ability to work towards daily activity and quality targets
n
- A professional and positive approach to customer interactions
n
n
Experience within automotive, retail or sales environments will be advantageous but is not essential.
n

Client interviews will be conducted from 12pm on Wednesday, August 19th until COB Friday, August 21st.

Please note: This is a short fixed‐term contract and is not expected to extend beyond the campaign period. Candidates should be available for the full duration of the assignment.
