Job Title: Precast Concreting-Steel Fixer / Skilled Labourer

Position Overview

n

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Precast Concreting- Steel Fixer / Skilled Labourer to join our team. This hands‐on role will involve working within a precast concrete environment, contributing to the safe, efficient, and high‐quality production of concrete products.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Install, cut, bend, and tie reinforcing steel (rebar) for precast concrete products
n
- Assist with formwork setup, mould preparation, and concrete pours
n
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
n
- Follow production schedules and supervisor instructions to meet deadlines
n
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment
n
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and specifications
n
- Assist with general labouring duties as required
n
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production targets
n

Health, Safety & Quality

- Follow all Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) requirements and site procedures
n
- Report hazards, incidents,



and near misses promptly
n
- Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
n
- Contribute to maintaining a secure and positive workplace culture

- Ensure work is completed to a high standard of quality
n

Skills & Experience

n

n
- Previous experience in precast concreting and steel fixing (essential)
n
- Experience in a manufacturing or construction environment
n
- Ability to read and interpret basic drawings (preferred)
n
- Strong work ethic and reliability
n
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
n
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
n
- Good communication skills
n

Licences & Requirements

- Construction White Card
n
- Forklift licence (desirable)
n
- Current driver's licence (preferred)
n
