We're looking for a reliable, hands‐on Pick Packer to join our warehouse team at our new Geebung facility.

The Role
n
You'll be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for dispatch, while helping keep our warehouse organised and effective as we grow.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Accurately pick and pack orders from stock as per pick slips/orders
n
- Package goods safely and correctly for courier and freight dispatch
n
- Receive, check, and put away incoming stock deliveries
n
- Maintain accurate inventory through stock counts and system updates
n
- Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and safety-compliant
n
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (forklift, pallet jack, etc.)
n
- Liaise with the sales/office team on order queries and stock issues
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
- Previous experience in a warehouse, pick/pack, or logistics role
n
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
n
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
n
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work autonomously
n
- Good communication skills and a team-first attitude
n
n
Highly Regarded (Not Essential)
n
n
- Experience with Shopify, Monday.com, and/or Zoho
n
- Current forklift licence (LF)
n
n
