Key responsibilities

n

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide expert product recommendations

n

Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining detailed records

n

Coordinate service workshop deliveries and pickups to customer locations in a professional and timely manner

n

Ensure delivered products are in excellent condition and properly set up at customer sites

n

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals

n

Manage inventory levels and liaise with staff regarding stock availability

n

Respond to customer enquiries and resolve any issues or concerns with professionalism and care

n

Maintain accurate delivery documentation and update customer records

n

Represent Bowral Mowers positively at all times, upholding company values and standards

n

What we're looking for

n

Proven experience in sales and/or customer service roles within the trades, services, or retail sector

n

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers

n

Mechanical aptitude required.

n

Physical capability to handle product deliveries and set-up tasks

n

Valid driver's license

n

Excellent organisational and time management skills

n

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

n





Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and transaction processing

n

Willingness to learn about products and industry knowledge

n

Reliability, punctuality and a professional demeanour

n

Preferred: Experience in the lawn and garden equipment industry or similar mechanical products
