We are seeking a reliable Warehouse & Forklift Operator to join a busy and growing building material and industrial gas business. This is a hands-on role offering the prospect to expand your skills, take on greater responsibility, and develop into a supervisory position over time.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being involved across all areas of operations and wants genuine exposure to warehouse management, logistics, inventory control, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment in accordance with site safety procedures
n
- Receive, store, pick, and dispatch goods accurately and efficiently
n
- Assist with stock organisation and inventory management
n
- Support daily warehouse and production operations
n
- Assist with training and guiding junior staff members
n
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
n
- Identify operational improvements and communicate issues proactively to management
n
- Work collaboratively across different areas of the business to support overall operations
n

About You

n

n
- Current LF Forklift Licence (essential)
n
- Previous forklift and warehouse experience
n
- Strong work ethic with a proactive and positive attitude
n
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
n
- Ability to work independently and within a team workplace
n
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks
n
