BlueCare’s Argyle Gardens Retirement Village in Bundaberg is seeking an experienced Head Gardener to lead the grounds team and oversee the maintenance of lawns, trees and shrubs. Reporting to the Senior Village Manager, you’ll drive a resident-focused service and uphold the village’s Sense of Place philosophy.
You’ll manage budgets, supervise staff and contractors, and ensure a safe, welcoming workplace for residents, staff and visitors.
