About the opportunity:

We're looking for someone to join our team in Ipswich on acasual bases delivering truly patient-centred careacross morning, afternoon, and evening shifts as required. You'llenjoy working with a supportive team while making a real differencein our community.

Your day-to-day will involve:

n

n
- Delivering high quality, compassionate nursing care to ourresidents
n
- Implementing care plans, monitoring health status,administering medications
n
- Communicating effectively with patients, families, andinterdisciplinary team members
n
- Maintaining clinical documentation and ensuring compliancewith safety, quality, infection control standards
n
- Adapting to different shift periods as required (morning /afternoon / evening), ensuring continuity of care acrosshandovers
n

n

Required availability:

n

Monday to Sunday
n Shifts hours: 6.15 – 14.45; 14.15 – 22.30; 22.00 – 6.45.

n

About you:

n

You're a warm, compassionateregistered nurse who has a passion for providing quality clinicalcare to the elderly. You approach every interaction withconfidence, care and professionalism whether working with yourresidents,



collaborating with families or colleagues.

n

In addition;

n

n
- Current Registration as a Registered Nurse with Ahpra
n
- Current NDIS Worker Screening
n
- Demonstrated clinical skills and recent experience workingwithin Aged Care
n

n
