Job Description

VC Dental on the Central Coast is seeking a Senior Clinical Dental Assistant to lead the Dental Assistant team and provide high‐level chairside support across general, implant, surgical, and restorative procedures, including sedation.

You will oversee day‐to‐day clinical operations, improve systems and workflows, maintain infection control, manage patient schedules and equipment, and ensure consistently excellent clinical standards and patient experience.
