Are you a passionate barista looking to join a vibrant team at a leading hospitality establishment? PINA', a popular cafe and bar in the heart of Potts Point, NSW, is seeking a full-time barista to help deliver an exceptional customer experience. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee drinks and supporting the overall operations of the cafe.

What you'll be doing

- Operate the espresso machine to prepare a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and more
n
- Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all coffee beverages
n
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries and requests
n
- Maintain a clean and organised workstation, following all health and safety procedures
n
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of coffee and other supplies
n
- Support the broader cafe operations as needed, including food preparation and service
n

What we're looking for

- Relevant experience: At least 1 year of experience as a barista or in a similar coffee‐making role
n
- Coffee expertise:



Proficient in operating espresso machines and preparing a wide range of coffee drinks
n
- Customer service focus: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for providing outstanding customer service
n
- Attention to detail: Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation in a fast‐paced environment
n
- Teamwork: Collaborative nature and willingness to support the broader cafe team as needed
