We are currently looking for an Operations Manager to join our Northamptonshire CES Service Centre.

n

Millbrook Healthcare Group work in partnership with the NHS to supply the necessary equipment and aids to support people in their

n

day to day life.

n

this contract and service provides the supply as well as ongoing maintenance and repair of community healthcare

n

equipment for our service users across Northamptonshire.

n

As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of operational performance, contract delivery and

n

P&L; for the service. This will involve leading, supporting and managing the team and driving efficiencies across the service in

n

relation to sales, costs and delivery. You will work closely with our local NHS Commissioning Partners to ensure that outcomes and

n

quality standards are consistently met. Therefore, as well as your people management skills, your analytical skills will be

n

required to drive performance to deliver a fantastic service for our users.

n

You will play a pivotal part in the success and continuing development of this contract along with the responsibility of managing

n

and leading our most valued asset - the team of logistics, warehouse, Clinical and customer service colleagues. You will need to

n

be highly skilled in effective communication, motivation, developing strong relationships and creating a positive learning

n

About you:

n

n
- Proven experience of working within a senior management/leadership role, healthcare experience would be advantageous
n
- A solid background of Operations Management within a client target/KPI driven business
n
- Previous logistics and warehousing experience
n
- Commercially astute
n
- Experience or understanding of managing Medical Devices
n
- Ability to build and maintain robust relationships both internally and externally
n
- Relentless self-motivation and drive to make improvements and efficiencies
n
- P&L;, budget and forecasting experience
n




- A passion for people development and first class leadership skills
n
- Ability to multitask and keep others on track whilst under pressure
n
- A full UK Driving Licence is essential
n
