As we continue to grow across Sydney, we're looking for an energetic Training Leader to join our Operations Team. If you thrive on coaching others, love hospitality, and get a kick out of seeing people succeed, this could be your perfect next move.

What you'll be doing

n

No two days are the same. You'll play a key role in setting up our new venues for success while supporting our existing teams to continuously improve.

n

You'll Be Responsible For

n

n
- Leading training for exciting new venue openings across Sydney
n
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and training of new venue teams
n
- Creating engaging training plans, workshops and learning resources
n
- Coaching Venue General Managers and teams to build confidence, capability and consistency
n
- Supporting food safety, compliance and operational excellence across venues
n
- Completing venue audits to maintain our high standards
n
- Rolling out new systems,



processes and national training initiatives
n
- Working closely with Operations Leaders and the Learning and Development team
n
- Identifying knowledge gaps during venue visits and creating practical training plans
n
- Building a culture of continuous improvement across the region
n

You'll thrive in this role if you:

n

n
- 3 + years experience in a Training position in hospitality or retail.
n
- Love coaching, mentoring and developing people
n
- Are highly organised and can manage multiple priorities
n
- Bring positive energy and enjoy working with a variety of people
n
- Enjoy being on the road and supporting multiple venues
n
- Are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences
n
- Have a continuous improvement mindset and love finding better ways to do things
