Female Disability Support Worker | Richmond VIC
n 1:1 Support | High Physical Support Needs | Ongoing Morning Shifts
n Nextt is seeking an experienced Female Disability Support Worker to provide ongoing 1:1 support to a client in Richmond, VIC.

n

Due to the personal care requirements of the role and the client's preference, this position is open to FEMALE applicants only.

n

About the Role
n You will provide respectful, person-centred support as part of the client's established daily routine.

n

The client has high physical support needs and is cognitively independent, with a robust understanding of their preferences, routines and support requirements. We are looking for someone who can provide physical assistance while respecting the client's autonomy, choices and independence.

n

Support may include:

n

- 1:1 assistance with daily routines
n
- Personal care
n
- Mobile and physical support
n
- Manual handling
n
- Supporting independence, choice and control
n
- Following established care plans and support routines
n
- Completing relevant documentation and progress notes
n

n

Shift Times
n Applicants must be available for all three regular shifts:

n

- Monday: 6:00am–10:00am
n
- Thursday: 6:00am–10:00am
n
- Sunday: 6:00am–10:00am
n

Requirements
n To be considered, you will need:

n

n
- Experience supporting clients with high physical support needs
n
- Confidence providing personal care and manual handling
n
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
n
- Current Working With Children Check
n
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
n
- Completed NDIS Orientation Module – Quality, Safety and You
n
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
n
- Reliable transport
n
- Availability for all Monday, Thursday and Sunday shifts
n
- A respectful, reliable and person-centred approach
n

Pay Rates
n E3.1 (Casual in home and SIL)
n SCHADS Award E3.1 Casual Rates (before tax):

n

n
- Base hourly rate: $36.81
n
- Afternoon shift (shift ends between 8pm and midnight, Monday to Friday): $40.49
n
- Active Night shift (Finishes after midnight or starts before 6am, Monday to Friday) $41.23
n
- Saturday: $51.54
n
- Sunday: $66.26
n
- Public holiday: $80.99
n
