We’re looking for the next creative brain to join Nick & Carrie.
If you’re obsessed with YouTube, TikTok, internet culture, storytelling, trends and figuring out why certain videos just work — keep reading.
This isn’t a traditional social media job where you spend all day scheduling posts and writing captions.
You’ll be right in the middle of content, social media, production and creator operations, working directly with Nick & Carrie as we build the next stage of the business.
We’re creating bigger YouTube videos, new formats, branded campaigns, travel content, web series and eventually much larger entertainment projects.
We want someone who wants to grow with that journey.

What will you actually do?
Social Media & Creator Coordinator
Sydney | Nick & Carrie
Social Media & Content
- Help plan content across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and emerging platforms
- Manage our content calendar and publishing schedule
- Research trends, creators, formats and viral opportunities
- Bring fresh video ideas to the table
- Analyse performance and help us understand why content worked — or didn’t
- Help develop better hooks, titles, thumbnails and packaging
- Identify opportunities to repurpose content across platforms
- Keep an eye on what’s happening online before everyone else notices it
Production & Shoot Coordination
- Turn content ideas into organised shoot plans
- Source locations, props, talent and anything else needed to make an idea happen
- Prepare run sheets, schedules and shoot requirements
- Coordinate with videographers, editors, freelancers and external teams
- Track edits and make sure content keeps moving
- Coordinate brand deliverables and campaign requirements
- Be hands‑on during shoots when required
- Open to travel around Australia or internationally for content
Creator Operations
- Keep projects, deadlines and action items organised
- Follow up with people before Nick has to ask, “What happened with that?”
- Help coordinate meetings, bookings, schedules and travel
- Keep documents, systems and information organised
- Build better workflows and SOPs as the team grows
- Use AI and automation to make repetitive work faster
- Spot problems early and help solve them
Who are we looking for?
Someone who is creative AND organised.
You might already have experience working with creators, social media, production or digital marketing.
Or you might be a fresh graduate who has great ideas, understands the internet ridiculously well and just needs someone to give you the opportunity.
Fresh graduates are absolutely welcome to apply.
You’ll probably thrive here if:
- You genuinely love social media and content
- You watch YouTube because you actually enjoy it
- Your Notes app is full of random video ideas
- You understand TikTok and Instagram culture without needing someone to explain every trend
- You naturally notice why certain videos get clicked and shared
- You’re full of ideas and comfortable sharing them
- You’re organised enough to actually execute those ideas
- You take ownership instead of waiting for instructions
- You’re comfortable when plans change five minutes before filming
- You can communicate confidently with brands, creators and team members
- You’re curious about AI and new technology
- You’re happy being hands‑on
- You want to learn quickly and grow into a much bigger role
This probably ISN’T for you if…
You only want to schedule posts.
You need every task explained step‑by‑step.
You hate when plans change.
You want a very predictable corporate environment.
Or your favourite sentence is:
“That’s not really part of my job.”
Creator businesses move fast.
Some days we’ll have everything planned perfectly.
Other days someone will say:
“Wait… I have a better idea.”
And suddenly the whole shoot changes.
That’s part of the job.
Where can this role go?
This is probably the most key part.
We’re not looking for someone to stay a Social Media Coordinator forever.
We’re looking for someone ambitious who wants to grow as the business grows.
Over time, this role could develop into bigger responsibilities across:
Content Strategy
Social Media Growth
Production
Creator Operations
YouTube
Original Formats
Branded Entertainment
Web Series
And future long‑form projects
If you’re good, proactive and hungry to learn, we want to keep giving you more responsibility.
We want someone who can eventually look back and say:
“I joined when the team was small and helped build what it became.”
If you’re part creative brain, part organised operator and slightly obsessed with the internet…
we should probably talk.
