Job Description

Hotel Indigo in Sydney is seeking a dedicated Guest Service Agent to deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will welcome guests, handle check-ins, answer enquiries, and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate has robust communication, can multitask under pressure, and is enthusiastic about local discoveries. Knowledge of Opera or similar PMS is a plus, and you must be eligible to work in Australia.
