About The Role:

n

As the first point of contact for our customers, you will manage incoming and outbound calls, ensuring an exceptional customer experienced our valued clients. You will play a key role in supporting the service team and contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.

In this role you will be:

n

n
- Managing incoming customer calls and enquiries regarding vehicle service appointments.
n
- Scheduling and coordinating bookings for service and repairs.
n
- Maintaining accurate customer records and vehicle information in the system.
n
- Communicating effectively with technicians and service advisors to ensure smooth workflow.
n
- Providing timely updates and follow-ups to customers regarding their service.
n
- Generate and analyse basic reports to identify opportunities for improvement
n
- Assisting with general administrative tasks as required.

Our ideal candidate will possess the following:

n

n




- Previous experience in a similar administrative or customer service role, preferably in an automotive or service environment.
n
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
n
- Proficiency in using booking systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
