We're looking for an energetic and strategic CommunityDevelopment Officer to lead initiatives that strengthen the EarlyYears, Children and Families sector and create lasting communityimpact.

What You'll Do:
n
n
- Build Capacity Across the Sector - Empowerorganisations, service providers and community groups throughcollaboration, partnership development and sector-strengtheninginitiatives
n
- Facilitate Networks & Partnerships - Bringstakeholders together, nurture meaningful relationships andlead networks that drive shared outcomes for children andfamilies
n
- Deliver Engaging Community Events - Planand coordinate workshops, forums, community events and learningopportunities that connect, inspire and build communityresilience
n
- Lead Research & Gap Analysis - Identifyemerging needs, service gaps and trends using data, communityinsights and stakeholder engagement to inform localpriorities
n
- Champion Advocacy Opportunities -Translate evidence into action by supporting advocacy effortsthat improve services, influence policy and strengthen outcomesfor families and children.

What We Are Offering:

- A gross annual salary of $94,367 perannum
n
- Option to work a 19-day month or a 9-day fortnight
n
- Two additional paid days of leave per annum
n
- 12% superannuation with the opportunity to co-contribute upto a matching 5%
n
