UnitingCare Queensland is seeking a Service Lead for the NQ Protected Program in Townsville. The role directs a 24/7 DFV intake service, with a rotating roster and responsibilities across supervision, service quality, and stakeholder engagement.

The successful candidate will hold a tertiary qualification in Social Work or related field, have experience in human services and DFV practice, and possess strong leadership, communication and governance skills.
