We are partnering with a major Australian banking organisation to recruit customer-focused Bank Tellers across several Mornington Penninsulalocations.

Pay:$30-$40per hour + Super | Duration:12-month contractLocation:MorntingtonVIC, Karingal VIC & supporting other local branchesHours:Part-time role, 26.5 hours a week

What you will be required to do:

n

This is a customer-facing role providing exceptional service and support to customers within a branch environment. You will assist with everyday banking transactions, identify customer needs, and contribute to the smooth operation of the branch.

n

Key responsibilities include:

n

n
- Delivering exceptional face-to-face customer service in branch environments
n
- Assisting customers with everyday banking enquiries and transactions
n
- Understanding customer needs and referring them to appropriate banking products and services
n
- Supporting day-to-day branch operations within small, close-knit teams
n
- Accurately maintaining records and workflows within internal systems
n
- Adhering to strict compliance, policy, and risk procedures
n




- Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers
n
- Contributing to a welcoming and qualified branch experience
n

To be successful in the role you will:

n

n
- Have proven customer service experience (retail, hospitality, banking or similar backgrounds highly regarded)
n
- Demonstrate a genuine passion for helping customers and delivering exceptional service
n
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Be confident, curious, and eager to learn banking products and services
n
- Have sound computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
n
- Be reliable, professional, and capable of working within established procedures
n
- Demonstrate flexibility to work branch operating hours Monday to Saturday
n
- Have previous banking experience (preferred but not essential as full training will be provided)
n
