Andersens is looking for passionate and self-driven flooring estimators to join the team. Successful candidates will work alongside our project team to assist in delivering key responsibilities outlined below.

Key responsibilities for this position are
n
- Identifying scope of works
n
- Tender preparation and quotations including design variations
n
- Project admin including preparation of job sheets and costing for subcontractors
n
- Undertaking site inspections and liaison with subcontractors, suppliers and clients
n
- Any other duties as required
n
The Skills Required For This Position Are
n
- Should have experience in reviewing and analysing technical drawings,
specifications and relevant documentation to complete taking off quantities for wall and floor tiles + waterproofing + angles etc for estimating and pricing purposes
n
- Sound knowledge of Measure Square/CAD and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel & Word)
n
- Valid Driver's License but not essential
n
- Ability to read and interpret architectural plans
n
- Basic competency in mathematics
n
- Verbal and written communication skills
n
- Time management, organisational and problem-solving skills
n
- Attention to detail and ability to undertake work independently and within a team
n
- Show initiative and demonstrate a commitment to service
n
- Willingness to undertake a variety of tasks and responsibilities
