Full Spectrum Consulting is currently seekingFactory Production Workersfor an established manufacturing operation within Horsley Park, Wetherill Park, Villawood and Prestons

We're looking for reliable people who are comfortable withphysical, repetitive workand enjoy working as part of a busy production team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates wanting stability, consistent hours and the potential to progress into permanent employment.

What's On Offer

- Day Shift from 7am start
n
- Afternoon Shift from3pm start
n
- Minimum38 hours per week

Duties and Responsibilities

n

This isnot your typical warehouse pick and pack position.

n

You'll be working directly within production, assisting with the manufacturing and movement of large products throughout different stages of the process.

n

Expect to be on your feet and physically active throughout your shift.

n

Your duties will include:

n

n
- Heavy and repetitive manual handling
n
- Lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling large products and materials
n
- Moving products through different stages of production
n
- Preparing and loading materials onto workstations
n
- Assisting machine operators and production staff
n
- Sorting and preparing products for the next stage of manufacturing
n
- General factory and production duties
n
- Maintaining clean and organised work areas
n




- Following safe manual handling and WHS procedures
n
- Working with the wider production team to meet daily requirements
n

n

We're interested in candidates who have previously worked within:

- Manufacturing
n
- Production
n
- Factory environments
n
- Construction
n
- Labouring
n
- Process work
n
- Other physically demanding industries
n

n

Most importantly, you must be:

n

n
- Physically fit and capable of repetitive manual handling throughout your shift
n
- Comfortable lifting and moving large products
n
- Reliable with a strong attendance record
n
- Punctual and committed to your roster
n
- Safety focused
n
- Able to follow instructions and workplace procedures
n
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced production environment
n
- Available for a minimum of38 hours per week
n
- Flexible to work overtime when required
n
- Able to reliably travel to the worksite for your allocated shift
n
