About the Role

n

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Casual Data Entry / Administration Clerk to join our team in Pimpama.

n

This is a casual position offering approximately 38-40 hours per week, with the opportunity to convert to a permanent full-time position for the right person.

n

The role will primarily involve entering truck docket and job information into our systems, checking documentation and providing general administrative support to our operations and accounts teams.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Accurately enter truck docket and job information into company systems
n
- Check dockets and supporting information for completeness and accuracy
n
- Identify and follow up missing or incorrect information
n
- Maintain accurate and organised electronic records
n
- Assist with general administration and data entry tasks
n




- Communicate with drivers and internal teams to clarify information
n
- Assist with reports and other administrative tasks as required
n

About You

n

n
- Previous data entry or administration experience preferred
n
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
n
- Good computer skills and ability to learn new systems
n
- Good communication and organisational skills
n
- Reliable, punctual and willing to learn
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
- Experience in transport, logistics, construction or a similar industry is an advantage but not essential
n
