As an SEO Specialist, you'll be the driving force behind our search campaigns - executing strategies that deliver measurable results. You'll take ownership of SEO initiatives, managing everything from strategy and technical optimisation to implementation and performance analysis.

- Talking directly with clients to understand their goals and craft strategies that deliver results, without the bureaucracy of a traditional account manager.
n
- Executing SEO campaigns through technical work, strategies, content briefing, as well as coordinating with other specialists within StudioHawk such as content writers, offsite, PR.
n
- Researching keywords, competitors, and trends to uncover new growth opportunities.
n
- Optimising websites and crafting content strategies that align with SEO best practices.
n
- Presenting insights and results to clients, helping them understand the "why" behind every move.
n
- Working closely with your team - sharing ideas, learning, and supporting each other.
n
- Learning and growing every week through mentorship, workshops, our own world class learning & development program, and feedback.

As with any role, there are requirements, and we want to be upfront so you know what's expected.

Must haves:

n

- Located in Melbourne, Australia.
n
- 1–2+ years (or equivalent experience) in an SEO role.
n
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools (e.g. Google Analytics,



Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog).
n
- Proven experience using AI to optimise SEO processes and strategies.
n
- Strong and clear communication skills which you will use via emails, phone calls and during internal & external meetings.

Salary & Compensation:

n

We believe in transparency - here's what this role offers:

- Base salary: AUD $75,000 to $85,000 + superannuation (depending on experience & technical ability)
n
- We believe in rewarding hard workers, not just giving them more stuff to do with nothing in return. Bonus/performance incentives tied to client outcomes and workload.
