Job Description

Real Schools in Melbourne is seeking an in‐house YouTube Strategist & Producer to own our channel and scale our storytelling across Australia and Current Zealand.

You'll work with founder Adam Voigt to shape strategy, plan content, and turn ideas into videos—from concept through filming, editing, publishing and optimisation. This part‐time role involves travel to schools and events as needed, with a pro rata salary of $90,000.
