Braggs Design is seeking an experienced and talented Designer to join our growing team in Maroochydore, Sunshine Coast. As a full time Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating visually stunning and impactful designs for a range of signage and branding projects.

What you'll be doing

n

Collaborate with the wider creative team to develop innovative and effective design solutions for large national client brands

n

Produce high-quality graphic & structural designs for a variety of signage formats, including digital, print, and large-format and interior design concepts

n

Assist with the conceptualization and development of branding assets, and campaigns

n

Designing interior space design and retail fit-outs

n

Ensure all design work adheres to brand guidelines and meets the specific needs of our clients

n

Participate in client presentations and provide design guidance and recommendations

n

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the quality of your work

n

What we're looking for

n

A degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related creative field

n

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar design role,



preferably within the signage, marketing branding industry including interior retail design & fit-out

n

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and knowledge of Ai design and visualisation tools

n

Strong conceptual and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate client brief requirements into visually appealing designs concepts

n

Excellent attention to detail and the capacity to work to strict deadlines

n

A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team

n

A keen interest in the latest design trends and a willingness to continuously learn and evolve your skills
