Sulo's Shish and Pide is looking for an experienced, reliable Cook / Charcoal Grill Cook to join our busy team in Ettalong Beach.

We're a family run Turkish restaurant and take away specialising in charcoal grilled meats, pide, and traditional Turkish food. With Sulo's growing, we're looking for someone who wants to become a long term part of our team.

THE ROLE

n

This is a hands on position covering all aspects of our kitchen and customer service including:

n

n
- Cooking shish and meats over charcoal
n
- Daily food prep
n
- Cooking and plating during busy services
n
- Maintaining a clean, organised kitchen, including dishwashing
n
- Assisting with stock and deliveries
n
- Helping with take away orders, delivery platforms and customer service
n

so everyone gets involved and helps wherever needed.

ABOUT YOU

You'll ideally have

n

n
- Confidence working through a busy service
n
- Valuable food prep and knife skills
n
- A reliable, positive, and hardworking attitude
n
- The ability to work efficiently as part of a small team
n

n

Turkish or Middle Eastern cuisine experience is not required. Full training will be provided.
