We are an established engineering company based in Bayswater, specialising in the manufacture of hydraulic quick hitches.

n

We're looking for a mechanically minded person to join our growing workshop team assembling hydraulic quick hitches used across the construction, mining, earthmoving, and agriculture industries.

n

You don't need to be a qualified tradesperson. If you're practical, enjoy working with tools, and have a good understanding of how mechanical systems work, we'd like to hear from you.

About the Role

n

This position involves the assembly and fitting of hydraulic quick hitches and related earthmoving components in a workshop environment.

n

Key responsibilities include:

n

n
- Assembly of hydraulic and mechanical components
n
- Fitting hydraulic hoses, cylinders, pins, and hardware
n
- Reading and following basic engineering drawings and instructions
n
- Conducting quality checks and basic functional testing
n
- Safe operation of workshop equipment
n
- Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
n

Skills & Experience

n

- Good mechanical aptitude
n
- Basic understanding of hydraulic and mechanical systems
n
- Strong attention to detail
n
- Positive attitude and commitment to safety
n
- Welding or fabrication knowledge
n
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, automotive, or heavy industry
n
- Understanding of safe lifting and rigging practices
n
