Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Roster Checking & Audit: Review store and operational rosters to ensure accuracy, alignment, and compliance with operational requirements.
n
- System Data Entry: Accurately enter contract patterns, schedules, and shift changes into UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group).
n
- Operational Support: Assist the broader workforce planning team with daily administrative tasks and schedule maintenance.
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
- Background: Previous experience in retail, hospitality,
or an administrative role (retail team leaders, department managers, or store supervisors looking for an office-based step are strongly encouraged to apply!).
n
- Systems Exposure: Prior experience with UKG (Kronos), or a similar workforce management / rostering platform, is highly regarded (though training on specific workflows will be provided).
n
- Attention to Detail: Excellent data entry accuracy and a sharp eye for spotting roster discrepancies.
n
- Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills to liaise with internal teams.
n
