Happy Sprouts Early Learning, privately owned and operated is seekingexperienced andpassionateEducators to join center located in Craigieburn!

n

Our Educators main role is to ensure the service is providing, high-quality education and care for the children and families. As part of our team, you will be responsible for implementing a play-based learning program while maintaining health and safety at the highest level of the children in care.

n

We are looking for an Educator who:

n

n
- Is genuinely willing and motivated to work with children

- Demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills

- Create inclusive, professional, and positive relationships with children and families
n
- Is able to take initiative to create a friendly, secure and stimulating learning environment as per child interest

- Is able to contribute ideas for planning and programming

- Maintain a very high level of hygiene and cleanliness in the room
n
- Have strong time management, organizational skills and versatile
n
- Is self-motivated on self-learning, researching andbelieves intheprofessional growthof you
n
- Is willing to participate in staff meetings, staff training,



team building activities and staff functions
n

What you'll need:

n

n
- A Certificate 3 or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
n
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
n
- Available to work rotating shifts between 6:30am and 6:30pm 5 days a week
n
- Monthly Rotating Roster
n
- Sound understanding of the; Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), Victorian Child Safe Standards and Child Protection, Children's Services Regulations and National Quality Standards (NQS)
n
- Current Working with Children Check and a Police Check (or willing to obtain)
n
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
n
