Located at the University Centre for Rural health in Lismore,

Base salary $117,133.00 (Pro Rata) + 17% superannuation

WellMob is a leading online social and emotional wellbeing resource platform supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health and wellbeing workforces across Australia. We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Project Officer (Targeted) to deliver workforce development and planning in using the WellMob website. The role will work collaboratively with stakeholders across the health, mental health and wellbeing sectors to drive workforce engagement,



support content development and foster meaningful partnerships that enhance workforce capability and access to culturally relevant resources.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

- work closely with project leads, academic staff, professional teams and external stakeholders
- contribute to the planning, establishment and delivery of projects and programs
- develop and maintain project plans, schedules and reporting frameworks
- coordinate project activities, resources and stakeholder engagement across multiple workstreams
- monitor project progress, risks and governance requirements to support successful outcomes
- prepare project reports, business cases and recommendations for decision-makers
- oversee project budgets, expenditure tracking and financial reporting requirements
- build and maintain productive relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders.

About you

- Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander identity, with an understanding of and respect for the diverse cultures, histories and perspectives of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples
- demonstrated experience as a health or wellbeing practitioner (GP, AOD, mental health nurse, psychologist, social worker, SEWB worker, youth worker) or Aboriginal Health Worker in Aboriginal health/ mental health setting
- significant experience in project management, program coordination or project delivery
- experience developing project plans, monitoring milestones and coordinating competing prioritiesdemonstrated experience working with diverse internal and external stakeholders to achieve project outcomes
- experience monitoring project budgets, expenditure and financial performance
- a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, or an equivalent combination of relevant training and skilled experience
- experience working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
- ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a team environment.
