Job Description

ForHealth Medical Centres in Ballarat is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Ballarat Medical Centre in a permanent full time dual role, splitting time between Treatment Room Nursing and Chronic Disease Management.

You will work with GPs and the practice team to provide vaccinations, wound care, health assessments, care plans, and referrals, contributing to preventative care and improved patient outcomes.
