Respect Lithgow, NSW is seeking a Senior Registered Nurse to lead the nursing team in a supportive residential aged care environment. This role combines hands-on clinical care with leadership, mentoring and quality improvement.

You'll work with the General Manager and Care Manager to deliver protected, person-centred care, oversee assessments, care planning, and ensure compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards, while promoting a collaborative team culture.
