Job Description
ECO D. is looking for an energetic, business orientated, and passionate Store Manager to lead their Armadale boutique. The successful candidate will be essential to delivering ECO D.'s customer with superior customer experience, personalised styling, and a memorable shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

Driving sales and achieving store objectives and targets

Leading, coaching and developing the store team
n
Managing the day-to-day store operations

About you
n
Retail experience (fashion retail is desirable but not essential)
n
Proven customer service focus and sales ability
n
Solid understanding of visual merchandising principles, store operations and inventory management
n
Solid leadership and communication skills
n
The ability to prioritise tasks in a busy environment with an attention to detail
n
A love of fashion, exceptional personal style, and immaculate presentation
