Are you a passionate Lead Educator who's ready to make a lasting difference in children's lives? St Paul's Early Learning Centre in Townsville is seeking two dedicated and enthusiastic Lead Educators to join our beautiful, community-focused service on a permanent part-time basis (37.5 hour per week).

As our Lead Educators, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping rich, engaging learning experiences for our children. You will:

- Design and deliver a dynamic educational program that inspires curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning.
n
- Actively supervise and engage children in a range of fun and meaningful activities - both indoors and outdoors.
n
- Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment where every child feels at home.
n
- Build and maintain strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and the wider school community.
n
- Collaborate closely with your dedicated team to deliver the best outcomes for children and families.
n
- Contribute to maintaining a tidy, welcoming environment that reflects our pride in our service.

About the Candidate

n

n
- A Diploma in Children's Services, School Aged Care, or other ACECQA-approved qualification.
n
- A current Blue Card, plus up to date First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications.
n
- Completed Child Protection Training (as per Section 162A of the Education and Care Services National Law).
n
- Previous experience as a Lead Educator
n
- Sound knowledge of the National Quality Standards (NQS) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
n




- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
- A professional, reliable, and enthusiastic approach.
n
- A genuine passion for early childhood education
n
- A willingness to support and uphold our Christian ethos
