We are seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused Casual Sales Assistants to join our vibrant retail team at our Burleigh Heads store.

In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service, support daily store operations, and contribute to the overall success of the business through a positive and proactive approach on the shop floor.

About the role:

Casual position, working up to 10 hours per week

n

Predominant availability required on Monday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

n

Ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment and engaging with customers

What you will be doing

n

- Provide friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, helping them find the perfect gifts and souvenirs
n
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system
n
- Maintain a neat, tidy and visually appealing store environment
n




- Assist with stock management tasks, such as receiving deliveries, restocking shelves and managing inventory
n
- Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and key performance indicators
n
- Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your product knowledge and customer service skills
n

What we're looking for

- Experience in a customer service retail role.
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable manner
n
- Robust attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
n
- Enthusiasm for providing outstanding customer service and a genuine passion for the products we sell
n
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays. You may be asked to do opening shifts or close shifts.
n
- A motivated and team-oriented attitude, with the ability to work collaboratively
n
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
