n We are currently seeking an experienced and talented Café Manager with a can-do attitude, who thrives under pressure and has fantastic customer service skills to join our growing team in Bundoora!.
n As the café manager you will be responsible for:

n

- Overseeing and Supervising day-to-day operations and managing rostering
n
- Maintaining staff levels by recruiting
n
- Maintaining the highest standards for all Jolly Miller products and service
n
- Foster an environment of respect, collaboration and teamwork within the store
n
- Follow all cash management policies and procedures to ensure accountability of all monies
n
- Conduct performance appraisals according to the Jolly Miller People Calendar

The ideal candidate will have:

n

- 2 years min experience in a supervisory or managerial role
n
- Experience managing day-to-day rostering, allocation, ordering and financials.
n
- Strong leadership experience in development, supporting and motivating staff.
n
- Passionate about providing a truly memorable customer service experience every time.
n
- Food preparation skills and knowledge of safe food handling are essential.
n
- Great personality and personal presentation
n
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
n
